People`s
bad habits affect their dental health, for example sometimes we don`t have enough
time for a good tooth brushing, so the bacterial biofilm have the enough
nutrients for grow and make their acids that will demineralize the enamel, that’s
the principal reason of caries. So for avoid caries we have to make a routine
of tooth brushing, we have to do it at least two times per day. If we have caries,
we have to go to a professional dentist, so he will repair the damage, also, if
we have just a low level of caries, we can try with a remineralizing treatment.
Finally,
yes, I have a bad habit, I don`t have the enough time for do a good tooth
brushing so I am exposed to caries.
